Vincent Vernerie is a French theatre director, performer, and co-artistic director of Oslo-based company, the Krumple.

Drawing from physical theatre and visual poetry, his work reveals what often remains unseen, balancing a fine line between wonder and vulnerability. Through movement-based performance, he develops stage works rooted in a playful and contemplative universe, inviting audiences into experiences that soothe, uplift, and gently shift perspectives.

His productions have toured internationally across Europe, the United States, and China, and have been presented in collaboration with major theatres, festivals, and cultural institutions. 

Originally trained at the Jacques Lecoq International Theatre School in Paris, and with long-term training in Taiji, Qigong, and meditation, he continues to develop interdisciplinary approaches to performance through collaborative and embodied practices. 

He is currently developing several new projects, including FIRST TIME and LJOS PÅ / LIGHTS ON.

Aside his theatrical adventures, Vincent draws, plays the flute, enjoys reading and walks in the forest.
